FTX whistleblower who turned on Sam Bankman-Fried revealed as this exec

Blockchain company TRM Labs has commented on the recent allegations of improper payments made by former high level employee of FTX, Sam Bankman-Fried, to Alameda Research. Sujit Rahman, the General Counsel of TRM Labs, which investigates and detects crypto-related fraud and financial crime, said that more information is likely to emerge as investigations by regulators and investigators in the Bahamas and the United States continue.

Rahman also stated that it is interesting to see how parallel investigations will play out and what more information will come to light. When asked about whether investors will be reimbursed, Rahman said that it is unclear at this point but that a lot of the money involved came from foreign retail users, so essentially, foreign investors have been defrauded.

He also noted that it is yet to be seen what politicians, who received money from Bankman-Fried and his colleagues, will do now that it has been revealed that the money was stolen.
