Sky News host Rita Panahi says US President Joe Biden was “old man yelling at clouds angry” during a speech at the University of Connecticut this week.
“I think we’d all feel better if the dude with the nuclear codes wasn’t prone to wild and unexplained bouts of anger,” she said. “So it was almost a relief to see incoherent whispering Joe make an appearance.”
